and really like FeedForAll but am not sure. We have a Helix server to stream everything but we need to automate the RSS Feed process. What’s the best?

What makes some streaming video sites load faster than others? I have dsl internet so my connection isnt as fast as cable users when watching things on the internet sometimes. But I realized that I can stream perfectly smoothly watching movie streams on sites like abc.com and crunchyroll.com without any lag or buffering. But, if I try it on youtube.com or fox and many others they take forever to load to the point of where I have to put it on pause and just wait for the stream to load all the way in order to watch it. What makes those sites different? Does anyone know of any more good movie sites with smooth streaming?
