The other day I downloaded WinZip on my dad’s computer. Now he is having problems watching streaming videos. When he goes to watch it, it downloads then a green wash out screen comes up. I uninstalled WinZip but the problem is still there. I had this problem on my computer, and fixed it, but don’t remember how. Something dealing with the codec…so any help would be appreciated
